I am a native to sunny Arizona where I grew up in house that was all about the construction world. My creative and active brain has led me to become a marketing guru for over 15 years now. What started out in the fashion world (which I still love) I landed a marketing job in construction over 10 years ago. The irony. And my career took off from there. I have worked for a majority of large and medium sized general contractors, architects, and subcontractors. The intense proposal deadlines, the conferences, meeting other like minded business professionals, sales, client relations, graphic design, job site visits, photography and web development (the list goes on) had me hooked on construction from day one. Seeing a project go from paper to completion is amazing. I want to create that same experience for you! The amount of growth in this field to stand out from the rest is exciting and I will help you get there.

I absolutely love what I was do and I noticed more people asking me to work with their companies and I started a "side hustle" taking on proposals and attending conferences when companies were swamped or didn't have a BD rep for support. That is when I realized "You know what... I love being creative and taking a unique approach to each client, while providing them with the brand identity that they always wanted! Represent each client differently. Let's DO THIS. Not only for myself but for my daughter. To show her women can be in construction and still express their love for creativity!"
I started BDM with the intention to make an impact on more business owners and help bring their creative ideas forward. The idea of helping businesses reach their desired audience is a task I never get tired of, it is truly my passion and my calling.
